A therapist trained in NMT is educated in the physiology of the nervous system and its effect on the muscular and skeletal systems. The Neuromuscular Therapist also is educated in kinesiology and biomechanics and how to work in a clinical or medical environment . Neuromuscular Therapy is the utilization of static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain.

Aunque habia estudiado massage como asignatura en la Universidad en Cuba, aqui en USA el curso de massage therapeutico lo empece por necesidad. Mientras avanzaba en el curso y mis manos se movian cada dia con mas habilidad , el massage se convirtio para mi en una terapia personal, me siento a gusto cuando le doy massage a alguien y mucho mas , cuando la persona dice" me siento mejor , graciassss" .
Me gusta dejar saber que el massage es una grandiosa alternativa hacia la calidad de vida, mejorar su estado de animo y prevencion de enfermedades . Nadie sabe en que estado se encuentra a nivel neuromuscular hasta despues de recibir un buen massage.
