You Deserve to Look & Feel Your Best
Bringing Balance to Your Body
A little about me & my Health and Fitness philosophy:

I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified
Wellcoach; so I tend to use the “whole body” approach – mind, body & spirit. If
there is deficiency or congestion in any area, it will affect all. I like to make sure that
my clients learn to listen to their bodies. There is no place for “No Pain No Gain” in
my training, if it hurts don’t do it. We’ll find another way together. I believe that as we
mature, stretching and flexibility are as important as strength training. My Personal
training clients learn a complimentary stretch for all muscle groups they are
working. I teach some simple strength and stretching exercises to my Massage client to
help them achieve balance in their bodies.

A Wellness coach is a certified professional with a back ground in exercise, nutrition, medicine, or
mental health; who coaches clients on evidence based areas of health, physical activity, nutrition,
weight management, stress and other life issues that impact wellness. They help clients build
efficacy in health and well-being.

Wellness coaching is a method of supporting change and growth that blends proven techniques
for behavior change with personal growth techniques in a process that help people see where
they are, where they want to go and how to get there.

Wellness coaching is built on the belief that every client's creative and resourceful. It works with
the whole person and his or her core values, seeking to connect the client's inner world with their
outer reality.

A close relationship and partnership with a coach, providing the structure, accountability,
expertise and inspiration can enable an individual to learn, grow and develop beyond what he or
she could achieve alone. It stirs people to accomplish more
