I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Board Certified Holistic Alternative Psychology Practioner. My office is currently located out of Interlochen Chiropractic along with Chiropractor Dr. Michael Winkler and Medical Manual Massage Therapist Lori O'Mara in Interlochen, Michigan. I specialize in Swedish and Therapeutic Relaxation Massages, as well as, Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) using the Vodder Technique. My goal is to aid my clients in restoring and maintaining total health by creating a sacred space for deep relaxation and rejuvination of body, mind and spirit. My massage sessions range anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours in length and are uniquely tailored to address the needs of the client.
I also provide Holistic Alternative Psychology counseling sessions out of the same office for anyone who is interested in further empowering themselves into total health, which I believe includes caring for the mind as well as the body and spirit. |

| Graduated from the North Carolina School of Natural Healing in 2005 and became Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy that same year. I also became certified in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) using the Vodder Technique in 2007 in Boulder Colorado. In 2011, I finished my schooling through the American Institute of Health and Wellness and became a Board Certified Holistic Alternative Psychology Practitioner. I enjoy taking continuing education classes each year to improve my knowledge and deepen my awareness of both massage and bodywork and holistic psychology. |

| Born in Toledo, Ohio. I moved to Michigan when I was 4 years old and have been blessed to live here ever since. I am 31 years old and enjoy spending time with my family, friends and clients. I have a deep love for animals and a budding interest in natural healing, holistic nutrition, massage therapy and holistic alternative psychology. I enjoy working one on one with clients in the mutual goal of restoring health, both physically through massage and mentally through my psychology program. |
