I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Board Certified Holistic Alternative Psychology Practioner. My office is currently located out of Interlochen Chiropractic along with Chiropractor Dr. Michael Winkler and Medical Manual Massage Therapist Lori O'Mara in Interlochen, Michigan. I specialize in Swedish and Therapeutic Relaxation Massages, as well as, Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) using the Vodder Technique. My goal is to aid my clients in restoring and maintaining total health by creating a sacred space for deep relaxation and rejuvination of body, mind and spirit. My massage sessions range anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours in length and are uniquely tailored to address the needs of the client. I also provide Holistic Alternative Psychology counseling sessions out of the same office for anyone who is interested in further empowering themselves into total health, which I believe includes caring for the mind as well as the body and spirit.
