Using these therapies, I can help relieve tension and stress, promote overall wellbeing, aide sleep and relaxation, whilst alleviating the symptoms of physical aches and pains Shiatsu originated in Japan, where it was developed from Traditional Chinese Medicine and merged with more recent Western therapies. A shiatsu treatment is built around the belief that there are energy channels called meridians running through the body. Although shiatsu means "finger pressure" a number of techniques are used to adjust the body's physical structure and balance the flow of energy through the meridians. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular treatments can alleviate stress and illness, and help maintain health and wellbeing.

Your Therapy time is a completely mobile Holistic massage therapy practice, enabling you to enjoy holistic massage in the comfort of your own home or premises. Treatments available are: Full Body Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Thorough Foot massage, Indian Head Massage, Anti Cellulite Massage I also cater for Pamper parties and individual pamper sessions. Typical treatment costs are £15 for 1 hour, £21 for 90 minutes, £26 for 2 hours I am based in Wolverhampton and cover all local areas, including Wombourn, Penkridge, Albrighton, codsall, Wednesfield and everywhere in between. Sports and rehabilitation therapy is the skilled application of a wide range of therapeutic techniques to treat a client in the prevention, recognition and treatment of a sports related injury and to help support the client to maintain and improve fitness. The sports therapist may also use techniques to assist a client with injuries or trauma sustained in a non sports situation such as at home,a car accident or at work. It is important to choose a qualified sports therapist who has undertaken all the necessary training to understand the theory and practice of sports and rehabilitation therapy.
