I am a Certified Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Lymphatic Drainage and Thai-Shiatsu practitioner with professional schooling in Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities. I have also studied Maya Abdominal Massage, Tibetan Shirodhara and Pregnancy Massage. I work with all ages and backgrounds including children, teens and the elderly. I pay particular attention to massage as sculpture and the space around which as sacred and therapeutic. I honor each individual as a unique and special "whole" and strive to acknowledge that in my work. With a background in Gymnastics, Dance, Fine Art, Psychology and Buddhist Studies, I feel I bring a refreshing and unburdened outlook to my work, as well as a sense of humor and optimism.

Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist (NH), a Reiki Practitioner and a trained Pilates Instructor in the Balanced Body School of Pilates. Ashley is originally from Southern California, but relocated to the northeast to study Biology at Dartmouth College in 2003. After graduation, she worked in the field of healthcare, but ultimately decided that the best way to improve individual health and wellbeing is through care for the whole being. In 2011, she returned to school to study Massage Therapy, which included over 800 hours of coursework and hands on practice focusing on anatomy, functional movement, sports massage, deep tissue and facilitated stretching.
