As one of the Upper Valley's most experienced massage therapists, I am expert at tailoring massage sessions to meet your individual needs and preferences. My practice is not focused on specific massage modalities, but rather on outcome-based massage. I may combine several modalities during a massage session to provide you with effective, individualized treatment. I am also an ayurvedic practitioner. Ayurvedic medical services include wellness consultations, herbal therapy, cleansing and rejuvenation programs, and adjunctive treatment of medical conditions. The ability to provide ayurvedic treatments also allows me to enhance the effectiveness of massage sessions and to treat conditions that conventional Western massage cannot.
