Each massage is customized based upon your needs, from muscle strain, relaxation or pain management. I offer deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone and trigger point massage therapy in my downtown Indianapolis studio, located in the historic Stutz Business Center. As a massage therapist, my overall goal is to promote wellness, encourage balance and harmony, and assist in helping the client experience an overall sense of well-being through therapeutic massage and bodywork. I also specialize in other modalities such as Aromatherapy, Raindrop Technique, and Reiki.
