My goal is to help you “unplug” from our ever-connected society long enough to get the much needed relaxation that you owe to yourself. Each massage is customized based upon your needs, from muscle strain, relaxation or pain management.
I offer deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone and trigger point massage therapy in my downtown Indianapolis studio, located in the historic Stutz Business Center. Evening & weekend appointments are available with easy online scheduling.

Bio
Years spent in Corporate America instilled licensed certified Indianapolis massage therapist Matt Winings with a true understanding of the meaning of stress—and the effects of stress on the body.
Today, Matt is a Certified Massage Therapist (Indiana License # MT21104019) offering massage therapy in downtown Indianapolis Indiana. He works with many "busy professionals" much like himself. He prides himself on his ability to accommodate their jam-packed schedules, and offers evening and weekend appointments to suit his clients' unique needs.
An avid outdoorsman, Matt enjoys camping, horseback riding and hiking, and volunteers his time to local HIV/AIDS outreach programs. An Indiana native and a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, he is eager to help each of his clients "relax and heal" from any stress they may be experiencing, whether in the workplace or some other aspect of their lives.
