Focus on issues of health; pain management, currently studying a technique for weight reduction, specialist in deep tissue work with applications in Sports, Cerebral Palsy, MS, lost range of motion. Trained in Oncology, Lymphatic drainage, Pregnancy, Sports, Medical and more that do not excite me. Particularly gifted with back/neck/shoulder issues. Highly intuitive, will share information on request.

MY MASSAGE PHILOSOPHY ​ Guided by the values of respect, compassion, cooperation, and professionalism, my goal as an NMT is to provide a tranquil environment to help restore balance, inspire healing, and promote well-being in the bodies, mind and spirit of my clients by utilizing the combined training, knowledge, and experience of over 30 years as a Massage Therapist. ​ One of the main goals of Healing Touch; Massage of Champions is to create an area where you can unwind in the present moment. Therapeutic touch grounds us physically and emotionally, and frees up energy that is often restricted within our muscles as a result of our perpetual stressful state, conscious or not. More harm is done by waiting until symptoms appear. ​
