I offer holistic health services focusing on achieving optimum wellness through exercise, nutrition and bodywork therapy. For bodywork, clients are always fully clothed either in a chair or on the floor. I combine passive and/or active stretching depending on clients' needs as well as traditional Thai/Asian style meridian therapy. Holistic Wellness Consultations are offered via Skype if client can't meet in person.
