The more I grew in my role as a leader the more I understood my personal struggles with change and transformation. I also increasingly recognized these struggles in the people around me. So ten years ago, I changed my course to be in service of those that struggle with their personal journeys. It propelled me on a path of healing, coaching and bodywork.
