Bio:

Over twelve years in the health-medical industry with a focus on applied science and physical rehabilitation of acute/chronic pathology & postural dysfunction with corrective strategies of manual therapy. Working with all types of clients of any age, condition, injury or goal. Sessions focus on functional outcomes and there is an evidence-based reason why one technique is used versus another. Sessions begin with a client intake including; range of motion and posture assessments with orthopedic and movement testing. Manual therapy techniques consisting of; Acupressure, Alexander, Bowen, Myotherapy, Cupping, Deep-tissue, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular, Rosen method, Swedish, Reciprocal Inhibition Technique and PNF stretching.
