I have always love body work and with more I have had health issues that made me learn more about my own body and reflexology has played a huge part in my life. I love helping people relax. I use essential oils in my practice for a relaxing session and don't forget the hot stones that relax also. I am a Certified Integrative Reflexologist with Flathead Reflexology in Kalispell, MT. I am also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, as well as a Living Light Culinary Institute Certified Raw Food Chef and Instructor. I am where I am today because of my own health challenges and I love how touch, diet, and essential oils can improve my physical and mental health and wellbeing. Amazing!
