I am a Certified Massage Therapist with over 5 years experience. I Graduated at Blue Heron Academy and also took additional classes at Baker College to better educate myself in my profession. Before they even started my massage, they asked me detailed questions about my preferences for the massage. They made an extra effort to make sure I got the exact massage I was hoping for. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was so nice to finally find a massage therapist that really goes out of their way to make you feel valued and important. They were so friendly that I felt like I could be one of their closest friends and it helped me feel relaxed immediately. I was a little nervous that their hands would be too cold, because I've run into that at other places, but they weren't. I was very relieved.
