Why should you get a massage? Have an aching neck and shoulders from staring at a computer screen in a cubicle all day? Or driving in Triangle traffic? Are you pregnant and long for some TLC in your low back? Need an attitude adjustment? I can help you with all of that. I am an experienced Massage Therapist trained in a variety of massage modalities to assist in making you feel better. Not only is massage good for those aches and pains when they arise, regular bodywork helps keep those pesky aches at bay. When we allow ourselves time to relax, our bodies feel better. During your visit, we will have a consultation and together we will customize our session to fit your needs. I provide a safe, relaxing and professional environment. Unlike the industry standard I offer actual 60 and 90 minute massages. No 50 or 80 minute massages here. Also have experience with chair massages in a variety of settings.
