Athelas Therapy is a different kind of massage. Trained in Neuro-Muscular Therapy, I focus my work on your areas of complaint. This is not a spa massage. This is a "take your life back from chronic pain" massage. I have experience working with Fibromyalgia, TMJ Dysfunction, SI Joint Dysfunction, shoulder pain, Plantar Fasciitis, headache relief, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and much more! Education

Christina received her massage training at National Holistic Institute, graduating with a certificate in Neuromuscular Therapy with 1350 hours of training. The state requirement is 500.

Bio:

Christina has a BA in linguistics from California State University, Fullerton. She has been a school librarian, a teacher, an administrative assistant, and a Peace Corps Volunteer. She has always loved science and hoped to be a scientist, but math forced a change in direction. Eventually, she found her way back to math-free science by way of massage. Christina loves being able to provide obvious and immediate improvements to the quality of life of her clients, It is a tremendous thing to be able to resolve pain. Christina aims to honor both that responsibility and the clients who seek her help.
