Practiced for over 2,000 years, Thai massage heals and corrects the body physically and energetically. With the use of stretching and therapeutic touch, Thai massage brings balance to all parts of the body. In good health, we can function with joy and ease, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Thai massage enhances relaxation and clarity of the mind, restores the bodies physical capabilities, improves tissue repair and assists injury rehabilitation. Frequent treatments will increase muscle flexibility and range of motion in joints.
