Specializing in relaxation and deep tissue massage. Experienced in medical, injury specific, and sports massage as well. My clients enjoy a relaxed, nurturing, and safe environment. I have been a massage therapistfor 2 years, owning my own business and gaining experience in a chiropractic field. I am a Tallahassee native. I enjoy providing sports massage at the Gulf Coast and Iron Man triathlons in Panama City, Florida. I am a new triathlete myself and acquainted with the muscular pain athletes suffer.

People have been enjoying massage as far back as the pharaohs of ancient Egypt. Though massage has been thought of in the past as strictly for relaxation or as a "luxury" item enjoyed by the elite, it has become an integral part of the healthcare plan for many hard working people like you and me. As society "speeds up" our stresses increase and with stress comes muscular soreness, headaches, anxiety, and pain. More and more, people no longer ask themselves "can I afford a massage," but instead ask themselves "can I afford not to have a massage?"
