I welcome new clients of all ages; both male and female. Getting know my regular clients and creating the openness and acceptance of where they are - and see and feel healthy change is a joy. Moreover, a regular massage brings body, awareness, acceptance and appreciation of the body that God has given us. Best of all--one receives relief from aches and pains , knots, adhesions, "trigger points' . A massage addresses the clients health issues, leaving the client relaxed and also --energized! I invite you for a session of relaxation and healing with moist heat, ; use of a variety of massage techniques including: Swedish (relaxation) deep tissue- reflexology of hands and feet , trigger point therapy.
