When was the last time your body felt as young as your mind? Been awhile?
Massage can relieve tension, improve your physical health, and give you more energy to face life's challenges. By releasing tension around habitually poor posture, such as hunched shoulders or tight jaws, massage can actually reinforce positive feelings. At Integrated Bodyworks we do not charge for extras. That if you want aromatherapy or reiki, or even reflexology, it is always included in your massage for one price. Quality bodywork is the result of integrating different complementary modalities as needed. It requires attention to what the client needs in the moment.
Each client that comes to me receives everything I have to offer. Period! No up-charges, no add'on's, no surprises; just a warm table with calming music and strong hands that intuitively read the body and know where more attention is needed. Both therapeutic and relaxing, massage is meant to revive the soul while healing the body!
I have recently added "Cupping" as a new modality to my practice. Instead of pressing down on the body as with traditional massage, cupping uses a vacuum like affect. Separating muscle fibers, and allowing new blood to enter and break down adhesion or knots quicker for a both relaxing and therapeutic massage.
Ask me about Facial Rejuvenation!
I invite you to my table for a relaxing and healthful bodywork. |

Bio: |
As a graduate of "The Healing Arts Center" in Maplewood, Mo, intregrity is foremost. I am nationally and state lecensed, which requires continuing education. That benefits you by keeping me up-to-date on the latest information and techniques.
I offer a relaxing, therapeutic massage, tailored to each client's needs. Some will seek relaxation; some may seek pain management, while others may want emotional comfort and a quiet place.
My body is what lead me to become a massage therapist. I have had over 7 surgeries including re-constructive ankle surgery, torn cartilage, and torn rotator cuff surgery. Each requiring hours of physical therapy, not to mention the pain and stress that each brought about. It wasn't until I found a great massage therapist that understood what my body and "mind" had been put through, that I found relief and truly started to heal.
Each client deserves a program that is designed just for them. I am honored to help you reconnect body and mind with the freedom of movement and tranquility. I welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
