Professional bodywork from compassionate massage therapist with 15 years experience working with demanding clientele at high end resort Spas in southern California. I have successfully eased pain in one session utilizing techniques gleaned over many years, My focus is on deep work concentrating on the fascia and musculature, optimizing the flow of nutrients, lymph, and blood in the body, performing the necessary neuromuscular and orthopedic techniques to release myofascial trigger points. Muscle testing and stretching also contribute to ameliorating pain.
