Sports Massage is Ideal for Relaxation, Pre and Post Event warm up / wind downTreatments, Muscle Stiffness, Mobility Restoration and Muscular pain caused by any activity (sport, manual work etc).
You do not need to be an elite sportsperson, or even practice a sport at all to benefit from Sports Massage.
With over 30 years experience in Martial Arts I have experience (sometimes painful) of Sports Injuries and related issues.
I offer a mobile service covering Harlow and the surrounding areas. (Loughton, Bishops Stortford etc).
I also offer a FREE top up of your hand sanitizer (Only one top up per booking maximum 250ml).
I welcome all enquiries from individuals and sports clubs and can attend training sessions, competitions events etc. Please pre book for this popular service.
For Employers, I can also offer treatments which you can use as part of your Employee Health Scheme or even as a Company benefit / Incentive Scheme.
