Helix Wellness Solutions provides mobile massage therapy, personal training and wellness consulting throughout the Phoenix metro area. I started Helix Wellness Solutions because I believe that people with calendars full of family, work and social obligations still want and need to make their good health a priority --- they just need the right opportunity! My aim is to give my clients the best opportunity to achieve their unique health, fitness and relaxation goals. By bringing my services to you – your home, office or gym – I can share with you the many benefits of strengthening, conditioning, and massage and give you the best opportunity to reach your goals.

Bio:

My background is in health and wellness so deciding to go to massage school was a no brainer. I had the opportunity to go to the Swedish Institute in NYC, the oldest massage school in the country (circa 1916). It was such a profound experience. I learned so much about myself in addition to the curriculum. After I graduated I decided to leave the big city and moved to Phoenix. Over the years I have had the opportunity to massage Olympic athletes, tri-athletes, the elderly, celebrities and everyone in between. The great thing about massage is that every person is different. So there is always something new to learn. I value the time I get to spend with my clients. It is not a rushed job. If you have a question or concern I will be more than happy to answer it. My main concern is the client's well-being. That might mean referring you to another therapist or health-care practitioner. For me it is about what works best for you. Maybe Thai Massage will work better for you, but I don't do Thai so I will be more than happy to recommend a qualified therapist that does. I started doing Mobile Massage because I believe that people with calendars full of family, work and social obligations still want and need to make their good health a priority --- they just need the right opportunity! My aim is to give my clients the best opportunity to achieve their unique health, fitness and relaxation goals. I know how difficult it can be to take time for yourself. With all the responsibilities the last thing you want to do is to fight traffic to get a relaxing massage. Only to get your massage, get relaxed then hop in your car to head home. I know I don't like to do that. I had the opportunity to get In-Home massage and it was wonderful. I got to sit back and bask in the glow of RELAXATION. As a massage therapist, personal trainer and wellness consultant, I have the skills, compassion, and dedication to truly help change people’s lives. I see my work as collaboration between myself and my client — listening and responding to each person’s unique needs and limits. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I realize as with any relationship trust needs to be present. For goodness sakes you are inviting me into your space to get on my table nude to receive a massage. So yes TRUST is key. I have no problem taking the time to make you feel comfortable and gaining your trust.
