We are a team of Medical Massage Therapists who strive to meet your needs for customized sessions and bodywork. We use myofascial, neuromuscular, orthopedic, carnio-sacral, stretching and advanced clinical techniques to achieve your desired outcome. We seek out your pain pattern and posture and look for areas to correct and improve form and function. All sessions are customized and we charge for the full time on the table rather than per service (hot stone exception). We serve every individual regardless of age. Athletes, teens, Pregnant, Geriatric and all in need of bodywork find Mantra to be consistent in client care and achieve excellent results. That is why so many physicians, chiropractors and physical therapists refer their patients to us! From acute to persistent pain, we can work to achieve the results you seek. We get you back to the sport or daily activities you enjoy. Our goal is to reduce pain and increase your range of motion that certain medical conditions cause. We also use complimentary bodywork, like Thai yoga massage, reflexology and Reiki and Healing Touch to help you meet your wellness and healign goals.
