Critz Certified Therapist. Specializing in the relief of chronic pain. Located in South Austin near Ben White and Manchaca. I work at a Medical Clinic full time and my practice part time. I'm a graduate of Austin School of Massage. I'm also a Certified Fitness Trainer. After witnessing the amazing results of the Critz Method for the relief of chronic pain,I trained to become a Critz Method Therapist. The Critz Method is all about pain relief. It is used in medical, rehabilitative, and athletic fields. The Critz Method is able to address Chronic Pain in the Lower Back,Upper Back,Vertebrae that appear to be Rotated,Side Bending of the Vertebral Column,Hip Rotation,Hip Tilts,Short Arm,Short Leg Syndrome,Frozen Shoulder,Fibromyalgia, and Migraine Headaches. The Critz Method is in no way a chiropractic treatment or trigger point therapy. This protocal is strictly soft tissue release designed to restore balance to the musculoskeletal system naturally utilizing the Classic Muscle Energy Technique,Positional Release Therapy,Myofacial Massage and Cross Fiber Friction Massage.
