I began my career as a Professional Massage Therapist in 1996 and have continued to train and learn new skills in order to bring you the best Massage or Bodywork session possible. I am professionally trained in: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Pregnancy and Chair Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, The Ida Rolf Method of Structural Integration, Erik Dalton's MyoSkeletal Alignment, Foot Hand and Ear Reflexology and Reik as well as being a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicinei.
I provide Mobile Massage Service on the Hawaiian island of Maui. I travel island wide to most Hotels, Condos, Vacation Rentals, Apartment and Homes in the various cities of Maui including Wailea, Kihei, Maalaea Harbor, Kahului, Wailuku, Lahaina, Napili, Kaanapali, Kapalua, Paia, Kula, Haiku and Makawao.

Therapeutic Massage has countless benefits such as: increased circulation, stress relief, improved digestion, lower blood pressure, better posture and less muscle tension which results in more available energy to name a few.
Emphasis on posture is a huge part of my practice. I always try to give someone a few exercises or imagery tricks to use after their session. The exercises will help them to retrain some muscles or negative postural habits and help them on their way to better posture which directly leads to a healthier body system. |

This is one of my favorite traditional Hawaiian sayings which I resonate with completely. This philosophy is why I seek out Massage Therapy Teachers and Massage Schools dedicated to honing their skills by repeated practise and willingly pass their knowledge on. Knowledge from many Massage Schools is what I draw from when creating a Custom Maui Massage Session human being on my table.
