I offer Zero Balancing, Creative Kinesiology, Reiki Treatments / Reiki Training and Indian Head Massage. The therapies I use offer ease and support whether you are in pain physically or emotionally, in difficulty energetically or nutritionally, struggling with life changes or just want to feel different. The techniques of Deep Massage can be used independentley or to compliment other therapies. Deep Massage is a unique soft tissue therapy, it doesn't just relax muscles it gives you a new sense of yourself. |

Following my recovery from a serious injury I was motivated to train as a holistic therapist so that I could help others who had travelled more conventional routes without success. I chose therapies that complemented each other to offer support and ease. I work with anyone who wants to feel better and find a new way of being. That includes those who are well but also those who are in pain, structurally or emotionally or in difficulty, energetically and nutritionally.
I practice, Biodanza, 5 Rhythms Dance, Shakti Dance and Meditation, as well as receiving all of the therapies I practice on a regular basis to ensure that I maximise my own vitality and wellbeing as well as spending time in stillness.
I am a certified Zero Balancer (Cert ZB), Creative Kinesiologist (KFRP), Recognised Kinesiology Federation Mentor, Reiki Master / Teacher (MUKRF) and also hold a Diploma in Indian Head Massage (from the London College of Champissage) and Certificates in Tibetan Acupressure Head Massage and Ayurvedic (Yoga) Massage.
I am continuing to study Deep Massage with David Lauterstein. No oils are used with this massage; therefore the skills can readily be used to compliment Zero Balancing and other modalities. The effect of the work is unique. It doesn’t just relax muscles; it is deeply satisfying to the mind and spirit and gives clients a new sense of themselves. |
