Practice Information

My goal is to create a nurturing, calming space in which to foster your optimum health and well being. This work matters to me. I practice an integrative style of massage, including: Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Myofascial Release Trigger Point Therapy Cranio Sacral Techniques Neuromuscular Therapies Hot Stone Massage Prenatal Massage Medical Massage Oncology Massage Reiki Chakra Balancing and Energy Bodywork I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist . I am also certified in Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage and the Raindrop Therapy Technique. My studies continue.... I am currently fascinated with Aromatherapy and Ayurvedic well care, both of which are ancient and natural paths to wellness. Thank you for taking the time to read about my practice.

Bio:

I decided to go back to school and take Massage Therapy from the FInancial Institution field - to find fulfillment in a part-time hobby of sorts. But I took this as a BIG sign that I should go into massage full time and have never looked back. I started Massage Therapy For Health in 2005 as a full time therapist. Working in the massage field has brought me more satisfaction than I had ever dreamed. My job is to make people feel better. Some of my clients come to me in severe pain and I am able to help them. It doesn't get better than that! When I am not working I keep myself busy with music and sports (Yoga, biking, down hill skiing, swimming). I am happy and enjoy my son Bruno.
