We treat the body and mind as a whole, and offer a calming and nurturing environment where our clients can begin or continue their self-care programs. Our goal is to help promote each client's self-care habits and to help ease the burden of life's many physical and emotional stresses. We offer Massage Therapy, Dermalogica Facials, Fascial Stretching Technique, PreNatal and Pregnancy Massage, Acupuncture, Lash Extensions and Clinical Psychology.The Owner, Heather Hawthorne LMT, has over 27 years of licensed, professional Massage Therapy Experience and many of the practitioners on staff have 15-30 years of experience in their fields.
