Signature Massage
Signature Haas Wellness Centers Signature Massage is the ultimate experience in therapeutic body care. A variety of healing massage techniques, including neuromuscular, myofascial release, PNF and trigger point therapy are used to rebalance the muscles, relieve tension and soothe your soul. Essential oils are also used to address your specific needs for maintaining total body health and wellness.

CranioSacral Therapy
This gentle hands on modality uses very light touch, generally no more than the weight of a nickel, to monitor the rhythm of the CranioSacral system and detect potential restrictions and imbalances. Delicate manual techniques help release those problem areas and relieve undue pressure. The result-- a central nervous system free of restrictions and a body that's able to return to its greatest level of performance. Results can be physical, emotional as well as spiritual. Your Inner Physician will guide us.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Is a hands-on technique designed to activate and cleanse the human fluid system by using our body's ability to detoxify and regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and foreign substance helping to maintain a healthy immune system. It helps with edemas, swelling, scar tissue, chronic and acute inflammation as well as chronic pain. Opening the pathways enhances circulation.

Healing Touch
Healing touch is a compassionate energy therapy that restores harmony and balance to create an optimal environment for healing. Practitioners use their hands in a heart centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and self healing. Healing touch uses gentle, light or near body touch to clear, balance, energize and support the human energy system and facilitate support for the whole person - mind, body, spirit.

Cellulite Reducing Massage
Cellulite massage focuses on the areas most women are concerned with, such as the front and back of thighs, the abdomen, and the gluteal area. It uses a combination of several massage techniques including myofacial release, tapotement, and lymphatic drainage to help reduce fat cell size and eliminate toxins from the body.
