With restrictions in the “fascia” or connective tissue of their bodies released, my clients regain the flexibility and upright posture that may have been lost due to the cumulative effects of injury, overuse, and repetitive stress. I use gravity as the change agent to balance the body and promote smoother movement. Rolfing structural integration is a holistic, hands on deep tissue modality that works with and changes the myofascial system throughout the body. Through educated touch and movement education, a client’s posture and structure are improved. Their whole being is reorganized within the field of gravity.
