Health is contagious - spread it!
The goal of Six Point Therapies is to incite a desire for healthy living.
Many of my clients exhibit a "downward spiral" type attitude toward health and fitness - "I don't exercise because it hurts and I'm overweight, but I'm overweight because I can't/don't exercise.'
My aim is to break that cycle and introduce others to the opposite upward spiral that also exists - "As your health improves you will have more desire to be active and your health will continue to improve."

Six Point Therapies utilizes several modalities to accomplish it's goals.
1) Structural Massage - promotes proper joint position and alignment through deep tissue massage and pressure point therapy.
2) Postural Therapy - promotes functional joint position and muscles motion though exercise and stretching. Each client receives a menu of exercises custom to their body posture and abilities.

Other services include: yoga, onsite seated massage, nutritional supplements

Egoscue University - Postural analysis & e-cise implementation

Myotherapy College of Utah - Massage therapy and bodywork
Bio:
I am a postural analysis specialist (PAS) trained by the Egoscue University and nationally certified in massage and bodywork. My work would be best defined as Structural Therapy.
Regardless of the treatment (yoga, exercise, massage) my purpose each session is to improve the structural alignment and position of the major joints.
As the joints realign function can be restored and pain will diminish. I have witnessed it time and again and the bodies ability to heal never ceases to amaze me.

Why I promote posture & structural therapy:
I have suffered from bursitis in my left knee since high school. It has limited me to just 2 - 3 miles of running or a few times up & down the basketball court. After hearing of the Egoscue Method and applying it to my particular posture I have been able to play basketball for hours and have now run a full marathon, literally, pain free (with only the expected muscle fatigue and soreness following)
