I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York State since 2006 and am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I work independently from an office in the Colonie, NY area. My work combines the benefits of traditional Swedish relaxation massage with energy work, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy and elements of reflexology. The massage is individually tailored to your specific needs.
