Shelia Upshaw, LMT, Owner Shelia has nearly 10 years of experience treating a variety of clients with varying degrees of injury, stress and overall muscle tension. Shelia has suceeded in creating a vibrant, relaxing and casual atomsphere to release tension and reduce stress. By knowing the anatomy of the body and listening to the muscles, she is able to apply the technique(s) to meet the client’s needs. Matt Upshaw, Office Manager, Owner With over 20 years of customer service experience Matt oversees our customer service and client retention policies. Matt did 90% of the repairs and renovations at the new Rochester office and has been designated as the maintenance technician! Judith Dupre, Bookkeeper Judy has been a vital part of Awareness Bodyworks since it's birth and has kept us in the black, and moving forward. Judy handles all the taxes, growth and finances of the company. We would be lost without her expertise and vast tax and financial knowledge.
