attento.me offer two mutually beneficial ways to maintain and enhance your health and well-being: Holistic/swedish and deep tissue massage are used when hand-on treatment is preferrred or necessary Yoga one to one coaching provides you with a personalised programme of development taking into account your own needs and preferences. It is ideal for those who want to being more movement, body awareness, focus and relaxation into their lives through a yoga practice, for those who do not find appropriate group classes or those who want to take their yoga experience further. The idea is that with some guidance you gradually take responsibility for your own practice which you can practice on your own between sessions. The focus is one offering tools and techniques that are approachable, practical and effective. Yoga is also offered in small groups (max 4 people) for an affordable but personal yoga class for those who want more attention to detail or prefer not to attend large classes. Yoga personalised to your needs. Suits any level of experience Ideal for people who: -find group classes unappealing -want to go deeper in their yoga practice -want to develop a personal practice -want to work on a specific issue e.g. stress, stiff shoulders, mental clarity, attitude towards life -want to develop their asana, pranayama or meditation practice into a tool for better understanding of ourselves and how to move on in our lives Yoga has so much to offer everyone. So let go of any preconceived ideas about what yoga is or is not. You do not need to be ‘flexible’. All you need is the flexibility of mind to be curious to explore! Between Moorgate and Barbican, within easy reach of Liverpool Street, Old Street. On-site seated chair massage is also available - please ask.
