Practice Information

Shiatsu is a fully clothed bodywork from Japan. It is an excellent therapy for wellbeing and relaxation and intends to support and treat imbalances causing stress/illness at the root of the person. Shiatsu is very relaxing to receieve and a great way to rest and rejuvinate. Alex currently practices from Snyed Park Osteopathic Clinic in Bistol. He also practices at the Devon School of Shiatsu, Totnes, once a month. He facilitates introductory workshops to shiatsu and chi kung in Bristol.

Education

Trained at the Devon School of Shiatsu and has also trained in Japan. Acupuncture- The College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.

Bio:

Alex is an experienced teacher (MRSS.T) and practitioner of Acupuncture, Shiatsu (acupressure) and Chi Kung. He has had a successful practice for over 14 years and been teaching Tai Chi and Chi Kung for 17 years. He currently practices in Bristol at Sneyd Park Osteopaths. He is the tutor on the 2nd year at the Devon School of Shiatsu and works as part of the core therapy team at The Penny Brohn Cancer Care Center. He also runs popular introductory courses in Basic Shiatsu for friends and family. He has a BSc degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine..
