I am a very active male, and I have had glute and hamstring issues for awhile. I have been to several other massage therapist for relief. Sheri did her magic and after a few sessions I no longer experience the lower back stiffness and soreness as before. Sheri really spent the time to work out the tightness. She did a lot of different things that I had never had done before. Whatever it was it worked! The office is very non clinical. In fact the massage room has all these cool wall hangings that make you feel like you are in another country.

Definitely recommend for chronic issues.
