Bio

Sheena is a very passionate massage therapist with over 8 years of experience. She has obtained a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy at the Australian College of Sport & Fitness, and a Diploma in intensive Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She is also a registered provider for all the major health funds.

Sheena has worked across a number of health and beauty settings and has developed her base of remedial massage treatments to also include Shiatsu and Thai massage techniques as appropriate. Trigger point therapy and myofascial release are her strengths, as is combining multiple techniques in order to achieve great results for her clients, based on their individual needs and preferences. She has always built rapport by listening closely to a client’s needs and communicating in an open and supportive manner.
