I love the practice of massage and providing healing, deep relaxation and spiritual restoration . I love helping people drift off to their "happy place" before coming back at the end of the hour. Refreshed and restored in a way that stays with your for the rest of the day.
We are more than just our bodies and there is an intimate connection between the brain and our body. Deep relaxation massage provides benefits to both at once.
