MBM Offers Therapeutic & Relaxing Massage in Alexandria, VA.
Located in Carlisle Area, between King & Eisenhower Metro's
My massage career officially started in 1995. After graduating from the Baltimore School of Massage, I worked both part-time and full-time jobs until 2010 when I opened my own office in Old Town Alexandria. I'm excited to have you visit my new office at 2121 Eisenhower Ave., Alexandria, VA that allows me to serve both local residents as well as Federal employees from the United States Patent and Trademark Center and from the future National Science Foundation complex currently under construction.

Before landing on massage as my métier, as they say in French, I did everything from working as a janitor, selling shoes, housewares and men’s furnishings, delivered newspapers, sold 100 pound blocks of ice, worked in the hotel industry for seven years including the Grand Opening of Euro Disney, now Disneyland Paris and in the convention and trade show industry for 11 years. As a result, I know the meaning of hard work, what clean is and that customer service is a hand's on, constant, continuous effort.

I use my life and work experience as a starting point to understand what’s going on in your life.

Relevant experiences help me ask pertinent questions and listen to the answers so I don’t pre-judge or jump to conclusions. I'm always interested in your health and well-being, but I'm not always a massage therapist.

I like to work in my garden and putter around our house or spend time with my wife and our two children.

I love to cook, read science fiction and mystery books, watch bad television, which isn’t too hard to find and walk my dog Daisy. I graduated from American University in Washington, D.C., with a degree in journalism. I throw and catch boomerangs, even if my relatives don't believe me, and write a blog for "Mothering in the Middle."
Massage by Marc is conveniently located in the new Carlyle District, just south of Old Town Alexandria, on Eisenhower Avenue between Elizabeth Lane and Mill Road. The area includes office space, hotels and retail space, anchored by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

My office is in the center of the district, across the street from AAA and down the street from the Hoffman Cinema. Foodies can enjoy everything from American to Thai, Japanese and Southwestern food in the area and in downtown Alexandria with a 5 minute drive.

METRO: Get off at the Eisenhower Metro stop (Yellow line) and walk across the street.
