Skillful massage and bodywork is a truly wonderful healing art. It not only benefits the body but the Mind and spirit as well.

With my education compassion and skills you are in great hands and will receive my full attention. I offer a unique and amazing approach to massage and healing work that will leave you feeling pampered, relaxed, enlivened and well cared for.

My sessions are all about you and your health and well being. I take the time to check in with you and your expectations and what you desire from our time together. My focus is on getting to know you and your body and the way your body responds to variations in touch. Being aware of your body energy, your breath, and what types of touch relaxes you and helps facilitate the healing and growth process.
