I will help you to move, tone, and enhance your overall health and well-being. I am a licensed massage therapist who holds a degree in Occupational Science. I have trained in various modalities, including, but not limited to: Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, Myofacial work, Lymphatic drainage, prenatal, hot stone massage, assisted stretching, and clinical massage. I am an active member of the ABMP and am a licensed massage therapist.
