Adam is an RMT, he received his training from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. He has taken courses in Kinesio taping, arthrokinetic therapy and Dermoneuromodulation.
He likes to make sure his clients understand his process during treatment, explaining and giving insight into what the body needs and why things are happening. Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and active stretching is how he approaches most treatments, but he utilizes many techniques learned in the WCCMT 3000 hour program.
