I have been practicing massage in the Port Huron area for 6+ years. Currently I practice out of Total Health Chiropractic. I work with the body to establish balance, I work with the breathe to release tension, I work with the mind to release pain and fear, and to promote overall relaxation. I encourage stretching to keep the mind attuned to the bodies mechanics and to keep limber.
