Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Arizona, License #MT-148948. B.A. in Psychology from Ft. Lewis College, Durango Colorado. Certified Massage Therapist, Healing Arts Institute, Ft. Collins, CO since 1991. Member of National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork since 1994. Previously licensed in the State of New Mexico from 1994 through 2005. Teaching Reiki Master since 1990 and was an Educational Kinesiology Brain Gym instructor.
Each mindful massage session is specifically geared toward the client’s particular need. The sessions are generally a combination of Swedish, acupressure, Reiki, cranio-sacral therapy, deep tissue and myo-fascial release. Hot stone massage and Thai foot massage are available upon request. Specializing in head and neck pain.

◾Inverse Wave Therapy - Using sound, color, emotion and memory, Inverse Wave Therapy clears the initial occurrence of a pattern of habit from the time it began into the present to change repetitive negative behaviors to positive supportive ones .
◾Reconnective Therapy- Reconnective therapy utilizes the Divine Matrix Connection work of Marsha Craven, which includes the Matrix Healing Technique and the LightBody Connection and Activation. This work connects the physical body circulatory systems and meridians to the etheric field grids. By reconnecting the meridians of the physical body and the grids of the etheric body to the electro-magnetic field, it allows more energy flow to the organs, glands and cells. From this reconnection, debris and toxic residues are cleared out of your body/energy system.
◾Transformational Kinesiology - Developed by Grethe Fremming and Rolf Hausbol, Copenhagen, Denmark, Transformational Kinesiology is a goal based system which transforms significant challenges preventing us from creating change in our lives through a holistic method which acknowledges the body, mind, and spirit connection. Mardell studied directly with Grethe and Rolf for six years and is an accomplished facilitator for both private and group sessions.
◾Educational Kinesiology - Educational Kinesiology was created by Paul Dennison, Ph.D. Education. It was developed as a goal based kinesiology system to assist with learning disabilities using movement. It has been taught in educational systems around the world and provides increased learning capabilities and personal growth. It is beneficial for everyone, whether or not they wish to improve their learning.
Mardell was an Educational Kinesiology Brain Gym instructor and continues to facilitate private sessions.

Certified massage therapist since 1991 and licensed and NCBTMB Board certified since 1994. Worked at Columbine Chiropractic in Durango, CO and Bayfield Physical Therapy, Bayfield, CO as a subcontracting massage therapist and has been in private practice since then.
