Bio
I've been a massage therapist for 16 years, and graduated from the Desert Institute of Healing Arts 1000 hour massage therapy certification program in 1998. I became certified as a 6th Generation Reiki Master in 2013, through Marsh Craven's classes at Arizona's Healing Arts Connection and have also completed classes there in subtle energy work. I also draw from my experiences with Kundalini Yoga, meditation, sensory awareness, and positive psychology. I specialize in a mind, body, spirit approach to massage and healing arts.
