Variety of techniques learned over the many years I have been in practice through continuing education to help restore the body and as it relieves pain and stress bringing it back into a healthier state. Medical studies have shown that massage therapy is beneficial in reducing circulatory problems and lowering levels of certain hormones that cause stress and depression. It can ease sore muscles, relieve headache pain, increase range of motion and help your body recover from surgery, exercise and prevent injury by facilitating the best conditions in the body.
I practice by appointment only Monday - Saturday (weekends twice per month).

I provide a professional and safe environment of serenity, care and respect for clients who range from professional men and woman, laborers, busy caregivers and those attending school. I am committed to educating clients about the benefits of massage therapy and encouraging the reduction and management of stress in one's life. Applying a variety of techniques during the massage which is tailored to meet the clients needs.
