The Essence of Harmony takes an holistic and preventative approach to treating clients. A full consultation is taken prior to the treatment in order to tailor the treatment to the client; after-care advice is also given if requested.
The Pinehurst Centre is project where they hold many different disciplines with lots of alternative/holistic therapists practising there. There are two treatments rooms available and they are open Monday to Saturday.

My working hours are Monday - Thursday from 2pm.

I also practise on a Friday afternoon from 1.30 at Age UK, Isabelle Blackman Centre, Winding Street, Hastings for the over 60's.
