Sessions last half an hour or one hour and clients should book in advance. It is advisable to have a small meal approx one hour before treatment, and loose, comfortable clothes should be worn (please do not wear jeans, do bring clean socks, and something warm to wear afterwards).
Tamsin practices Shiatsu acupressure massage for children and adults of all ages. She specialises in pregnancy, and loves to work with babies and children. She also runs Baby Shiatsu and Shiatsu for children classes. She has considerable experience (having been in practice for 20 years), including cancer treatment.
